Hunger Games

Hey Fellas,

  Rudest Dad saw and was impressed with Hunger Games.  Gary Ross (director) did a fairly good job of keeping the story to the book.  The small changes are going to signify huge issues if they make the next books in the Trilogy.  Bottom line: if you haven't read the book you are going to get lost.  Gary Ross and Suzanne Collins (Arthur) wrote the script together for the people who read the book.  Read the book before going.  Its worth it and doesn't get the freaks shhhing you.

  Overall the movie is not going to win for cinematography, it will probably get a few nods for the emotional impact the characters give to the audience.  I love movies and not for a long time did I feel the emotional struggles the characters suffered in the movie transferred to the audience in such a powerful way.

  It's worth the money if you read the book.  4 out of 5.
